Paige McKinney has been officially making clothes for plus-size individuals since her shop, Trash Queen, opened in 2014. McKinney works from her home space to provide unique and creative fashion to a demographic that typically doesn’t get that. “Plus-sized folks are expected to graduate from kids’ clothes straight into mom’s clothes, style-wise,” McKinney said.
