Every Tuesday, Danny goes and helps his friend Mike because of his recent stroke. The two have known each other since high school, and Mike’s apartments happen to be one of Danny’s stops. Danny helps Mike call his bank provider to see if he has enough money to buy groceries. “I’ve known Mike for a long time, so I feel as if I should spend as much time with him as I can,” Carothers said.
