Richard Fore, 36, of Granite City, Illinois, is a worker for the Red Cross and is dressed up as Michael Myers. Fore has been dressing up for over a year and a half and has been a big fan of Michael Myers in the movie Halloween ever since he was a kid. “Best part of cosplay is being able to interact with the kids without scaring them too much,” said Fore. “You gotta scare them a little bit.”
