Do you want to make a monetary donation to support the work students do here at the College Heights Herald?

If you do, you’ve come to the right place. If you don’t and have accidentally ended up here, please consider making a donation anyhow. 

The Herald has been covering WKU since 1925, and we’re the only publication solely dedicated to reporting on WKU. We’ve won 16 Pacemaker awards, the highest honor a student publication can receive. Combined with the Talisman, we have produced 27 alumni who have gone on to win a Pulitzer. 

The Herald receives no support from WKU for printing, student pay or a wide variety of other costs. Our revenue is generated from students selling advertising. 

If you’d like to make a donation, here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Follow this link
  2. Scroll down to the search bar on the page and search “Student Publications Legacy Fund” 
  3. Click the box from the results and click “Next: Gift Details” in yellow on the right of the page
  4. Fill in your donation amount and your e-mail address. There are also options for if you want to donate now, schedule payments or make a perpetual gift
  5. Click the “Save and Continue” button at the bottom. 
  6. Fill our your information on the next webpage.
  7. Confirm your billing information.
  8. Review everything.
  9. You’re finished!

If you’ve followed these steps, you’ve successfully made a donation to one of the best college newspapers in the United States.
