The body of a local man who had been missing since the end of March was found last night in Jennings Creek in Bowling Green.

Micah Reed, 34, was last seen on March 28 at an apartment complex in Bowling Green, according to the Bowling Green Police Department. He was reported missing on March 30. Reed was an employee at Izzi’s Southwest in Garrett Food Court.

BGPD received a called last night from a man, “saying he had located a body in Jennings Creek,” according to a release from BGPD.

The body was sent for an autopsy in Louisville, where it was identified as Reed. Results from the autopsy are pending, according to the release.

“We have not ruled out any cause for either the disappearance or the death of Micah Reed,” BGPD public information officer Ronnie Ward said in the release.
