A power outage has caused Barnes Campbell Hall to close at 6 p.m. tonight, Housing and Residence Life tweeted.

Due to the low temperatures, HRL is opening Hugh Poland Hall to students who need a place to stay for the night. Repairs are scheduled to be complete tonight, the tweet states.

Barnes is also one of the dorms which offers extended living and stays open over winter break.

HRL is expected to provide an update on Barnes and when it will reopen tomorrow morning.
