Willie Huskey, an employee at Einstein Brothers Bagels on WKU’s campus, stood outside the polls at Parker-Bennett-Curry Elementary School.

While he waited to enter the building, Huskey, a Bowling Green resident, spoke about his hopes for the new president. He encouraged the winner to focus on every problem instead of just one issue.

“Whoever gets in there, I hope they do a good job,” Huskey said.

When asked how he felt about the candidates, Huskey hesitated. When he spoke, he described his choice, Hillary Clinton, as a “quack” but said he still supports her over Donald Trump.

“I wouldn’t mind seeing her win because on politics she’s cool,” Huskey said. “[Trump’s] out there; way out there.”
