People of all ages, from toddlers to the elderly, gathered with their family and friends to watch colorful hot air balloons fill the sky at the 26th annual U.S. Bank Balloon Classic Friday through Sunday, Sept. 9-11. The balloons, which came from all over the country, were used for rides, the Balloon Glow show and a race. In addition to hot air balloons, the event provided inflatables and barbecue for the hundreds of people that attended. United Way of Southern Kentucky hosted the event this year at the Bowling Green-Warren County Regional Airport.
