SGA releases new survey for ‘Dub the Pub’ competition

SGA unanimously passed Bill 7-15-F and released a new survey of names for students to choose from to ‘Dub the Pub.’
Bill 7-15-F was titled Funding from Organizational Aid Appropriations for MajorRedz Dance Team, WKU Physical Education Majors Club, S.T.R.I.P.E.S. Club, WKU Club Lacrosse Team, Association for the Study African American Life and History, Field Hockey Club, and WKU Sports Club Council.
SGA released a new survey of 12 names for students to choose from in the ‘Dub the Pub’ competition. The list of names include The Tipsy Top, Big Reds Brewery, Spirit Masters, Hilltop on the Rocks, Reds Reserve, The Old Pub Shoppe (TOPS), Red Towel Tavern, 1906 Pub & Grub, Tops on Tap, Topper Tavern, Topped Off and Hill-Tappers.
The pub, which will be located in the Garrett Conference Center, is set to open in January.
