Scientist Bill Nye, who was scheduled to speak at Van Meter Hall on Oct. 15, will now speak at Diddle Arena.

According to the Cultural Enhancement Series Facebook page, the move was made to accommodate the high demand for ticket sales.

Kelly Scott, communications coordinator for Potter College Arts and Letters, said tickets sold out in 30 minutes when Bill Nye was in Van Meter.

Tickets to attend the certain lectures of the Cultural Enhancement Series are new this semester because seats were filled so quickly for previous events, that many who came were denied entrance.

The free tickets for the event can be reserved at http://wku.showare.com/ or by calling 270-745-3121.

The Herald will update this story as information becomes available.
