WKU basketball released its 2014-2015 preliminary schedule on Wednesday, featuring an 18-game Conference USA slate and eight matchups against teams that reached the postseason last year.

The 2013 national champion Louisville Cardinals will come to town for a bout with the Toppers on Dec. 20 inside Diddle Arena, which will mark the first time Louisville has traveled to Bowling Green for a road game since 2010. WKU also begins a four-year series with Belmont on Nov. 22 in Diddle Arena.

The Hilltoppers’ schedule features nine home and nine road conference matchups, which includes home-and-home series with Marshall, Charlotte, Old Dominion, Florida Atlantic and FIU. WKU is set to host North Texas, UTEP, UTSA, Rice and will travel to Middle Tennessee, Louisiana Tech, Southern Miss and UAB once.

WKU will suit up against seven teams that recorded at least 20 wins last season.
