In April 2013, Alpha Gamma Delta placed second to Kappa Delta in the annual WKU greek event Tug. In preparation for 2014’s event, they have been preparing by planning and going to the gym since November of last semester.

They started practicing pulling on the rope in January, and since then they have tugged through snow, night time, and the mental stress of being on the rope.

This year they returned with high hopes, determination and confidence to gain victory over the 9-year reigning champions. Though they fell to Kappa Delta yet again in the first round, they say that their love for each has shone through.
