WKU student arrested and charged for shooting death of Larry Thomas

The Bowling Green Police Department has arrested WKU student Dominique Wortham, 21, of Bowling Green, in the death of Larry Thomas.
Wortham confessed to BGPD that he shot Thomas, BGPD said in a news release.
Police said Wortham’s confession came after “an extensive investigation.” BGPD said the shooting happened in the course of a robbery.
Wortham was taken into the Warren County Regional Jail at 10:56 p.m., Thursday. The online information system for the jail indicates he is being held with no bond for murder.
A court date has not been set.
