Lilly Drumeva of the band Lilly of the West stopped by Student Publications to play an original song titled “Turn Away”. Drumeva, who is from Sofia, Bulgaria, is in Bowling Green as part of her research for a book she is writing called Bluegrass: More Than Just American Music using funds from a Fulbright grant. She met with the WKU folk studies department to learn about the history of bluegrass, and will continue her studies in Nashville next. Video by Daniel Vorlet | Herald Staff
