Local restaurants offer game viewing, specials

WKU’s NCAA Tournament game on Tuesday might not be available on TV on campus, but Topper fans will have a chance to watch the team play at other local restaurants.

The Toppers will take on Mississippi Valley State in Dayton at 5:30 p.m., and the game will air on TruTV, which is not available on campus cable.

However the game will be shown at some Bowling Green sports bars.

Buffalo Wild Wings is offering game day specials on beer prices throughout the month of March. They plan on showing the game and are expecting to start filling to capacity about an hour before the game starts.

Overtime Sports Bar and Grill is planning on showing the game. They are expecting a full house and are offering penny beers any time a game goes into overtime during the NCAA Tournament.

Hilligan’s Bar and Grill will be showing the game and are expecting a crowd of more than 100 people to be in attendance to watch.

Double Dogs will be showing the game and expects to be at full capacity for most of the evening.
