Grice, other WKU recruits going elsewhere

Several recruits picking between WKU and other schools have signed elsewhere Wednesday during National Singing Day.

–Marion Grice, a Rivals.com four-star running back out of Brenham, Texas (Blinn C.C.), signed with Arizona State Wednesday.

Despite receiving scholarship offers from Arkansas, Oklahoma and others, Grice, a former Texas A&M commit, made official visits to just Arizona State and WKU.

Grice was rated No. 5 on the Rivals junior college postseason top 50.

–Jamie Gilmore, a three-star recruit from Citra, Fla., (North Marion High School), chose Temple over WKU Wednesday.

Gilmore, the No. 9 ranked all-purpose running back in the class according to Rivals, visited Temple this weekend after visiting WKU the weekend before.

–Isaac Edwards, a two-star defensive tackle from Tampa, Fla., (Jesuit High School), signed with Florida Atlantic on Wednesday despite committing to WKU in November.

–Stephon Brown, an all-purpose back from McDonough, Ga., (Atlanta Sports Academy) recruited as a wide reciever, chose Middle Tennessee State over WKU, Boise State and Central Florida.
