Big Red video to appear on ‘Ellen’ on Monday

WKU mascot Big Red will appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday, according to a Facebook status posted on Big Red’s fan page Friday afternoon.
Big Red accepted Ellen’s dance dare – a dare that encouraged fans to dance behind people without their knowledge – and the results have paid off. A portion of Big Red’s video will be aired on “Ellen” on Monday.
The nationally syndicated show can be seen locally at 3 p.m. on ABC.
The full-length YouTube video of Big Red’s dare has more than 17,000 views, while the shorter version has more than 3,000.
