Senior running back Bobby Rainey was named the Sun Belt Conference’s offensive player of the year after breaking WKU’s record for career rushing yards and single-season rushing yards. He rushed for 1,695 yards on 369 carries with 13 touchdowns, while catching 36 passes for 361 yards and four touchdowns.
