WKU swimmers Duff and Musser named Sun Belt Swimmers of the Week

Two WKU swimmers were recognized on Tuesday for their efforts in the school’s sweep of Georgia Tech and Clemson last Friday.
Junior Luke Musser and freshman Allie Duff were named Men’s and Women’s Sun Belt Conference Swimmers of the Week.
Musser swept the breaststroke events and was one of just two members of the men’s team to win multiple events at the meet.
His 100 breaststroke time of 59:96 ranks among the top 50 in the nation.
Meanwhile Duff was the only WKU swimmer to win three events on Friday.
Her 200 backstroke time of 2:00.24 ranks No. 21 nationally for the year.
It was the first time either Musser or Duff had garnered league swimmer of the week honors.
