Revolution 91.7 announces RevFest lineup

Last year’s “RevFest: Battle of the Bands” winner returns this year to defend its title.
Technology vs. Horse and nine other acts will compete this Saturday for a $250 prize, rights to be Revolution 91.7’s Artist of the Week and to earn an invitation to open for the headliner at this spring’s Mayhem 2012.
RevFest, hosted by WKU’s Revolution 91.7 campus radio station, starts at the Colonnades at 5 p.m. Saturday and lasts until about 11 p.m., according to a Revolution press release.
Other acts tabbed to play include Rainbow Kitty Kitty, Buffalo Rodeo, Visceral Waves, Natty Bumpoe, 449, Friendly Christian Lazer Tag, Televermin, Lost in Liberty and Featherstone.
RevFest is free and open to the public.
