Alex Schapker, Barnes-Campbell Hall, reported on Oct. 20 that beside the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house at 300 East 14th Street, someone hit the truck bed of a white 2011 Dodge Ram with their fist several times on the driver’s side bed causing $750 in damage

Davon Miles, McCormack Hall, reported his laptop stolen from outside the doors of McCormack on Oct. 21. The estimated value of the theft is $600.

Glen Schilke, senior zone maintenance manager, reported on Oct. 23 a fire at the dock area of Facilities Management. Two air conditioners’ filters were on fire.  The cost of each filter is reported to be $250.

Arrests

Breina Barnes, Bemis Lawrence Hall, was arrested on Oct. 20 after police found her unable to walk and lying on the sidewalk. Through slurred speech, Barnes told the police she had been drinking, and she was determined manifestly under the influence of alcohol and a danger to herself and others. Barnes was lodged at the Warren County Jail and released the same day.

Bun Hubbard, Glasgow, was arrested on Oct. 20 at the CMT on Tour Luke Bryan concert at Diddle Arena after police determined he was manifestly under the influence of alcohol and a danger to himself and others. Hubbard was lodged at the Warren County Jail and released the same day.

Calvin S. Thornton, Franklin, was arrested on Oct. 20 at the CMT on Tour concert at Diddle Arena after police determined he was manifestly under the influence of alcohol and a danger to himself and others. Thornton was lodged at the Warren County Jail and released the same day.

John Lieberman was arrested on Oct. 20 at the CMT on Tour concert at Diddle Arena after police determined he was manifestly under the influence of alcohol and a danger to himself and others. Lieberman was lodged at the Warren County Jail and released the same day.

Melissa Taul, Falls Rough, was arrested on Oct. 20 at the CMT on Tour concert at Diddle Arena after police determined he was manifestly under the influence of alcohol and a danger to himself and others. Taul was lodged at the Warren County Jail and released the same day.

Adam Butler, Paducah, was arrested on Oct. 20 at the CMT on Tour concert at Diddle Arena after police determined he was manifestly under the influence of alcohol and a danger to himself and others. Butler was lodged at the Warren County Jail and released the same day.

Andrew Farley, Keen Hall, was arrested on Oct. 20 at the CMT on Tour concert at Diddle Arena after police determined he was manifestly under the influence of alcohol and a danger to himself and others.  Farley was lodged at the Warren County Jail and released the same day.

Kutron Gray, Barnes, was arrested on Oct. 22 outside Barnes and charged with alcohol intoxication. Gray was lodged in the Warren County Jail and released the same day.

Garrett Mulkins, Barnes, was arrested on Oct. 22 outside Barnes and charged with alcohol intoxication. Mulkins was lodged in the Warren County Jail and released the same day.

On Oct. 22, Randall Turner, Barnes, in the Pearce-Ford Tower parking lot, Turner was found to be in possession of stolen property consisting of a first aid kit, a Monster iPod cord, a black Sony FM/AM CD player and a Garmin GPS with charger and case. Turner told the police that the property was stolen. Victoria Mattingly, Bemis, Kyle Townsend, PFT, and Ethan White, Barnes, were discovered to be victims of the theft. Other victims are unknown and the case is still under investigation

Joshua Adamson, Minton Hall, was arrested on Oct. 22 at Smith Stadium and charged with alcohol intoxication.  Adamson was lodged in the Warren County Jail and released the same day.

Nichlas Martin Cobb, McCormack Hall, was cited on Oct. 22 and then released for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the Adams Street Lot. The value of the contraband is estimated at $30.

Jordan Courtney, Keen, was arrested on Oct. 23 for alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense after being found sleeping on the third-floor hallway of Keen. Courtney was lodged in the Warren County Jail and released the same day.

Josey Dowdy was served a warrant from the Fayette County Police on Oct. 23 for possession of alcohol by a minor.  Dowdy was on the seventh floor of Bemis, when she was served the warrant. She was lodged in the Warren County Jail and released the same day.
