“Go above and beyond what your requirements are at Western. It’s a great program for an over view of design, merchandising and textiles,” said WKU alumna Laura Kathleen Planck.  “I draw my inspiration from emotion. It’s what my life is and where I am in life,” she added about her present and future designs. “It’s my own emotional journey.” Planck finished in the top five on Project Runway’s season nine.
