How They Fared: WKU Football Week One

Cole Claybourn

We’re trying something new here. The idea and template came from Eric Crawford of the Louisville Courier-Journal. Based on how WKU plays each week, we’ll chart how we think the Toppers do this week against its upcoming opponents, based on how they played in the previous week as well.

Here’s how it works. Based on how WKU played against Kentucky, and based on how Navy played against Delaware in Week One, we can project that WKU seems unlikely to win.

The up, down and no-change arrows refer to how we project WKU would do if it played each respective team this week. For instance, a red arrow means we project WKU will lose that particular game if those two teams were to play this week.

We’ll try to do this every Sunday for the rest of the season.
