The Warren County Drug Task Force busted three WKU students Wednesday for drug trafficking marijuana at at their 907 Cabell Drive home.
Mathew E. Fuller, 20, Nathan A. Hunt, 20, and Anthony B. Otterbein, 20 — all residents of the house on Cabell drive — were arrested and charged following undercover drug purchases that took place over a two-month period, according to a release from the task force.
Upon searching the house, detectives found one pound of marijuana, $1,320 in cash, drug paraphernalia and a flat screen TV, according to a release from the task force.
After the search, the three were taken into custody without resistance.
Detectives had a search warrant for Fuller and Hunt, who they’d been tracking for more than two months. Otterbein told the Herald he had been away from Bowling Green for more than a year and had just moved into the house with Fuller and Hunt the previous Friday.
“If I’d moved in a day later, I wouldn’t have gotten caught up in all of this,” Otterbein said.
The three have all since been released from jail on cash bond.
