Heavy storms on Thursday night have left Bowling Green a colder place, at least for a day.

Before temperatures shoot back up into the 60s for the second weekend in a row, the predicted high temperature on Friday is 46, according to the National Weather Service.

There’s a 30 percent chance for additional showers, with the highest likelihood of rain coming before noon.
