Fair trade holiday market tomorrow

The WKU chapter of Americans for an Informed Democracy is hosting a fair trade holiday market Wednesday in Downing University Center from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to an e-mail sent by WKU AID president Matt Vaughan.

The market will feature fair trade gifts that support local and international artisans and farmers, such as baskets, jewelry, pottery, wool, cookies and chocolate, according to the e-mail.

Those who are unable to attend the market can still make a difference by buying a WKU Green Gift at http://wku.edu/sustainability/resources/greengiftsform.pdf, according to the e-mail.
