As of Monday, Oct. 25, the Kentucky Street gravel lot will be permanently closed because of construction in Block 12 of the WKU Gateway to Downtown Tax Increment Financing district.

Students can instead park in the Center Street lot and in the gravel lot across from the Kentucky Street lot.

The Topper Transit Blue Line stops at both lots every 20 minutes. The stops on campus include Cherry Hall, the Valley, Downing University Center and Keen Hall.

The construction is also causing several street closures surrounding campus.

13th Avenue between Center and Kentucky streets will be closed for the duration of the project. 14th Avenue between Center and Kentucky streets will close Monday and will be reconstructed to run through what is now the Kentucky Street lot.
