Cravens Library will be closed for the rest of the day due to an electrical malfunction in the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system, according to an e-mail sent just before 1 p.m. by Library Facilities Coordinator Eric Fisher.

The power has been out in Cravens since 10 a.m. today in order for Facilities Management to fix the problem, according to an e-mail sent this morning by Facilities Management.

Facilities Management has discovered the cause of the problem and is working to resolve the issue, according to the e-mails.

Helm Library will remain open during its regular hours, according to Fisher’s e-mail.
