A WKU geographer was named to the international board of editors for the Journal of Transport Geography, a leading journal in the discipline, according to a press release issued Thursday.

David Keeling, head of the department of geography and geology, has researched transportation issues internationally for more than 20 years, in countries such as Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and currently the United Kingdom, according to the press release.
