Topper Transit will be back to its regular routes on Monday, after a week and a half of detouring around State Street due to electrical work, according to an e-mail sent today by Parking and Transportation Services.

At the beginning of this month, Parking and Transportation announced that the White, Red and Green bus lines would detour onto Chestnut Street from Sept. 7-14 while the city closed State Street to put electrical lines underground.

That time frame ended up being extended until today, because the work lasted longer than expected, according to an e-mail sent earlier this week by Parking and Transportation.
