Arrests

■ Jesse Loghry, Irvington, was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving in Parking Structure 1. He was released the same day on an unsecured bond.

■ Hollie Lynn Kelley, Pearce-Ford Tower, was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with receiving a stolen debit card and being in possession of syringes. She was released the next day on a $1,000 surety bond.
