•Due to a Herald error, the nurse practitioner program was incorrectly identified as an Associate Nursing Program in a story on page 3A of the Feb. 12 issue. The nurse practitioner program is part of the Master’s Program on the main campus.

•Due to a Herald error, the coordination and sponsoring of some Black History Month activities were misidentified on Page 5 of the Feb. 5 issue. The Office of Diversity Programs coordinates the events sponsored in honor of Black History Month. The Campus Activities Board sponsored speakers Nikki Giovanni and Chuck D. The Office of Diversity Programs sponsored the African American History Bowl on Feb. 10. The Crimson and Cream Ball on Feb. 7 was sponsored by the Delta Sigma Theta sorority. The African American Lecture Series is sponsored by the Department of African American Studies. Sheila Williams’ appearance Feb. 5 was sponsored by Western Kentucky Libraries. “Bridging the Gap” was sponsored by the Black Student Alliance.

•Due to a source error, it was incorrectly stated in a front page story in the Feb. 10 issue the attendance policy of the state meeting of Phi Mu members. Phi Mu chapter president Ashley McCarty said the meeting was mandatory for Phi Mu members.
