Goodrum denied bond
Judge Joe Huddleston denied bond in Warren Circuit Court on Dec. 18 for one of two Scottsville men charged with the rape and murder of Pellville freshman Melissa “Katie” Autry.
Lucas B. Goodrum remains at Warren County Regional Jail and will not be tried until after Stephen L. Soules.
Attorney David Broderick has repeatedly argued that his client, Goodrum, is not a flight risk.
The next hearing is set for March 1 in Warren Circuit Court.
