I would like to congratulate both the mens and womens cross country teams on their success this weekend at the Conference Championships. Myself being on the team last year, I know how many sacrifices have to be made and sometimes they go unnoticed. They recieve very little recognitions compared to the work that they do. The coaches as well are there everyday as well, making sure that they do everything possible to prepair both teams the best way they know how. So congratulations to both teams for not only winning conference, but making it through a whole season and staying on top.
