Arrests

• David Wayne Miller, Pearce-Ford Tower, was charged Monday with alcohol intoxication in the first degree. He was released Tuesday from Warren County Regional Jail after five hours.

• Terry E. Ladd, Morgantown Road, was charged Tuesday with operating on a suspended operators license and driving under the influence in the second degree. He is currently held at Warren County Regional Jail on a $1,000 cash bond.

• Jerrod Micheal Burbank, Rodes-Harlin Hall, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released the next day from Warren County Regional Jail on a $1,000 unsecured bond.

• Martin Adam Spaulding, Rodes, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana. He was released the next day from Warren County Regional Jail on a $1,000 unsecured cash bond.

Reports

• Kelcey Lynn Newton, sociology department, reported Tuesday the theft of a $149.98 Sony video cassette recorder from Grise Hall.

• A female student reported Tuesday harassing communications after she received sexually suggestive language from an unidentified male caller.
