Arrests
• Timothy Benjamin Phipps, Columbia, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and operating on a suspended license. He was released from Warren County Regional Jail on Friday on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
Reports
• Dustin Keith Tosh, Northeast Hall, reported Sunday damage to his 1999 Nissan Maxima parked in Grise lot. Damage totaled $2,000.
• Thema Jenessa Wallace, Roy Smith Road, reported Tuesday criminal mischief after she found scratches on her white 1998 Hyundai. Damage totaled $150.
• Jennifer Renea Droege, Pearce-Ford Tower, reported burglary in the second degree after she awoke and found a male in her dorm room.
