•Amanda Smith of Madison, Tenn., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence under 21 and disregarding a traffic control device. She was released the same day from Warren County Regional Jail on a $500 unsecured bond.

•Paul Henderson of Comfort Systems USA reported Thursday two cordless drills, a cutting tool and batteries, total worth $630, stolen from the Bates-Runner Hall construction site.
•Brittney Southerland, Rodes-Harlin Hall, reported a broken window on her 1994 Toyota Camry between 10 p.m. Friday and 2:25 a.m. Saturday. A compact disc player face plate was missing. The value was not listed.
