Gordon Ford College of Business hosts business and professionalism week

WKU’s Gordon Ford College of Business hosts Business and Professionalism week running through Nov. 8 to Nov. 12. 

The week kicked off with a breakfast, negotiation workshop, clothes closet and an advice discussion on “What I wish someone had told me when I was in college.” 

On Tuesday, Nov. 9, there will be a breakfast following an internship forum  at 11 a.m and mock interviews at 2 p.m. 

The last events of the day include an alumni panel at 4 p.m. and a zoom speaker series, the speakers include Tom Walpole, Ret. Chairman of Board, Ma’adean Aluminum and Ret. Pres. Novelis North America. 

The events through Wednesday and Friday focus on entrepreneurship and small business building discussion featuring speaker Robbie Bowden at 5 p.m. along with networking and successful remote working, headshots will also be offered at 2 p.m.

The GFCB encourages all to come out and participate in the events both in-person and virtual.
