First Lady Jill Biden and Deputy FEMA Administrator Erik Hooks will join Governor Andy Beshear on Thursday to tour areas of Bowling Green damaged by the Dec. 10 tornado, according to a White House press release.

The release states the tour will begin around 10:45 a.m. in the Creekwood neighborhood, where numerous homes were leveled during the storm.

The group will then visit a FEMA State Disaster Recovery Center in Bowling Green in order to “highlight the partnership between federal and local agencies that ensures Kentuckians are receiving the aid and relief they need,” the release said.
