After years of baking experience, Rachel Marshall has decided to start her own business, Heritage Bakery. Working out of her home kitchen, she fills special orders and supplies her delicious baked goods to FunKY Bean coffee shop in Bowling Green. Since opening on April 1st, her business has been a great addition to the local community.

Rachel Marshall began an in-home bakery, Heritage Bakery, this month. “I’ve always wanted to do my own baking or food business. I decided that now was the best time, I was ready for a transition in my career,” Marshall said. “I have plans to open a food truck by the end of the year.”
