Police had State Street and Normal Street near Cravens library blocked off and a house off of Mimosa Alley surrounded Thursday night.

Multiple police cars surrounded the area while people stood and watched what was happening from the Normal South Lot.

When asked, police said the situation is still an ongoing investigation.
