WKU football is going primetime.
The team announced today that the Hilltoppers’ season opener at Alabama on August 28 will kickoff at 6 pm CT and is set to be aired on ESPN.
WKU will look to take its first win against the Crimson Tide in what will be the fourth contest between the two. WKU sits at 0-3 against Alabama, with the last loss coming in 2016.
Along with WKU, new Crimson Tide head coach Kalen Deboer will be looking for his first win in Tuscaloosa when the Hilltoppers come to town. Deboer made the move to Alabama from Washington following the retirement of Nick Saban in January.
