WKU Volleyball will play the first round of the NCAA tournament just 150 miles from Diddle Arena.
The NCAA released the 2024 volleyball tournament bracket Sunday and with it, the Hilltoppers were chosen to play their first and possibly second round games in Lexington. The Hilltoppers will take on the six-seed Minnesota Gophers in the first round.
After a successful Conference USA tournament where the Hilltoppers won for the ninth time in their 10 years in the conference, they secured an automatic qualifier into the NCAA tournament.
WKU’s first round game against Minnesota is set for Thursday, Dec. 5.
