Where is NorroFest?

NorroFest will take place at the amphitheater within Dugas Community Park which holds up to 2,000 spectators and boasts a 1,200 sq ft stage. For more information about the park, visit https://www.dugaspark.org/.

Where can I purchase tickets to concerts and events?

We recommend online ticket purchases before the event at https://www.norrofest.com/. On the day of the event there will be tickets for purchase at the box office upon entering NorroFest. Early bird tickets will be $25 online, then August 1, $30 and then $35 at the gate.

What is your smoking / vaping policy? 

NorroFest is proud to present our guests a smoke-free, vape-free concert experience. There will be smoking & vaping areas, clearly marked, on the venue grounds. These are outside of the performance and seating areas. Smoking & vaping are allowed ONLY in these areas. This policy is strictly enforced. 

Are coolers allowed? 

Due to Kentucky State law (KRS 243.020 No. 4), coolers are not allowed at Norrofest 2023.

Do you sell alcohol? 

YES! Alcohol will be available for purchase at Norrofest 2023. With the recent vote of alcohol sales in Allen County, there will be beer, wine and liquor for sale at this year's Norrofest. Therefore, due to Kentucky state law (KRS 243.020 No. 4), coolers will not be allowed for this year's event.

Are children required to have tickets?

A ticket is required for all guests, except for kids 6 and under.

Do I need to bring a chair?

Dugas Park amphitheater has limited bench seating, therefore, it is encouraged that attendees bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets or other portable seating for their enjoyment. Seating is first-come, first-served. Please do not bring tents or any large items that may obstruct the view of other attendees at NorroFest. (Please see the list of prohibited items for more information)

Is there an ATM on site?

There is no ATM on site, but credit and debit cards are accepted at the venue.  

What concessions are offered? 

NorroFest offers a variety of food and beverage trucks and concessions on the day of the event. Our concessions are reasonably priced and delicious! You are sure to find something you love.

What is the rain policy for NorroFest? 

NorroFest will take place rain or shine! Rain ponchos are welcomed for this reason, umbrellas are prohibited for the safety of guests. Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a show cancellation, an announcement will be made and ticket holders will be notified and informed. Refunds will be offered in the event of cancellation. There may be a reschedule date offered. 

When do the doors open prior to the event? 

Doors open at 3pm on October 14, 2023.

Is the amphitheater at Dugas Park ADA compliant? 

Yes and so are the restrooms located in the pavilion.

Is there a shuttle service? 

There will be a continuous golf cart shuttle service throughout the parking areas that will carry guests to and from their cars at Dugas Park.

Where can we stay overnight locally?

There is a large selection of lodgings in Bowling Green, KY which is just a short 20 min ride from the event.

Norro Wilson

The festival’s moniker honors hometown celebrity Norro Wilson, influential singer, songwriter, producer, “song-plugger,” and record executive. Wilson was instrumental in the careers of Reba McEntire, Kenny Chesney, and Shania Twain, while heavy-hitters like George Jones, Tammy Wynette, and Charlie Rich recorded songs penned by Norro. A member of the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Allen County native was included in the Country Music Hall of Fame’s “Poets and Prophets” series in 2011.
