Intro to MBSR for WKU students

4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, September 9, 16, 23, & 30

This is a shortened version of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) for busy people. MBSR is an evidence-based group program for adults to learn and practice mindfulness-based skills to cope with stress effectively for a wide range of physical and mental health benefits. 

Schedules

  • Starting Wednesday, September 9th, 2020, repeated every week on Wednesday until Wednesday, September 30, 2020 @ 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
