On Friday night, Oct. 9th, 2020, WKU held two events in celebration of the Homecoming game the next evening, where WKU Hilltoppers will face off against the Marshall Thundering Heard. The Intercultural Student Engagement Center held a parade that featured hand-painted banners and dancers from the “Kaoic” dance team. Later on in the evening, Sarah Harne was crowned as this year’s homecoming queen on the field of Houchen’s Industries L.T. Stadium.
