Don Percy is the owner of an old Milwaukee Electric Railroad and Light Company building he bought and made his home. Percy took ownership of his home in 2013, which took him a year-and-a-half to comfortably live in. Percy was gifted two women mannequins from his sister and broth- er-in-law and decided to put them to use. Percy placed the mannequins at the corners on top of his roof. “They’re really beautiful, they look like marble sculptures,” Percy said.
