Ron Walker, 71, had to walk back to his apartment after dropping off his car that he said ruined the engine during Hurricane Florence. “Man, my car got ruined during the Hurricane. Now I have to walk three miles to get back home and I’m still without electricity,” Ron said. Ron was walking back to his apartment after picking up his new phone at the post office.
