Two dean candidates to visit campus
June 1, 2018
Two unnamed candidates for the dean position in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences will be visiting campus next week.
Two individual forums will be held for the two candidates, one on June 7 at 2 p.m. and the second on June 11 at 2 p.m. Both open forums will be held in the Gary Ransdell Hall auditorium, according to an email sent by Margaret Maxwell, one of three co-chairs of the search committee.
“The search committee invites members of the WKU community to participate in the process and provide feedback through the search website,” according to Maxwell’s email.
The search began after former Dean of the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences Sam Evans announced his retirement for June 30, 2018, after working at WKU for 28 years.
This is a developing story.
