Customers wait in line to order food during the Po’boy Palooza and Hurricane Party at Tea Bayou on Saturday, Aug. 29. The event was organized to help collect donations for the American Red Cross. Tea Bayou helped to give back to the Red Cross on the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina making landfall in Louisiana.
